Dear all,
We need your views to help set the priorities for Meridian Integrated Neighbourhood – local health and care services working together with you to improve the way our services are co-ordinated so we can provide proactive care for our patients.
This is based around our Primary Care Network covering:
Bourn Surgery,
Comberton & Eversden Surgeries,
Harston Surgery,
The Health Centre Practice,
Orchard Surgery and
Roysia Surgery.
