Melbourn Greenway: Traffic Regulation Order published – comment by 23 March 2025

TROs are legal documents that regulate how parking, traffic movement and highway obstructions are managed on the public highways and include changes to yellow lines, speed limits and traffic calming.

Once advertised, anyone can make a representation to Cambridgeshire County Council, who are the highways authority, about the proposals and your feedback will be considered when a decision is reached.

Melbourn Greenway TRO was published on 3 March 2025 and is open to public response for 21 days, deadline being midnight on 23 March 2025. This TRO highlights updates to the Melbourn Greenway project that were presented at the public meeting on 3 March 2025 – including the introduction of speed humps, raised tables and pedestrian crossings. A recording of the meeting will be available soon – hard copies of the slides presented are available from the Parish office.
